Book Online - The Greyhound Inn
You'll always get the best deal by booking direct. In the unlikely event you find one of our rooms cheaper on another site, telephone us and we will beat it!
Take a look at our rooms page for more details.
You can cancel your reservation without charge by giving us notice 24 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the arrival date, the first night's stay is payable (for one night stays, the reservation is payable in full). Any additional charges are also payable in full.
For multiple night stays, if you decide to check out early, your full booking amount is still payable.
The Greyhound is happy to welcome well behaved dogs, for a small charge. We have two dog friendly rooms available, so please call us to confirm we can accommodate you.
Dogs are welcome to stay in your bedroom, and they are also welcome in our bar area where we can serve evening meals. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant area. We would ask that you treat our home and our other guests/patrons with respect and keep your dog under control at all times during your stay. Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times when in the public areas, and should not be allowed on the furniture (bar seats, sofa's, beds) either in your room or in the public areas.
We reserve the right to invoice you for any damage caused by your dog, or any cleaning beyond what is reasonably expected. Dogs taken in to non-dog friendly rooms will incur a £150 fine to cover cleaning costs.
Damage & Smoking Policy
The cost of rectification work for any damage caused by guest’s misuse of their room will be invoiced to the guest, in addition to any lost revenue resulting from room closures.
The Greyhound is strictly non-smoking, and this includes e-cigarettes. Guests are not permitted to smoke or vape in any of the public areas, or their bedrooms. Any guests found to have done so will incur a £150 charge to cover odour removal and room closure. This will be in addition to any costs for damage.
